Life and peace are far too precious to trade them for the burden of stressing over the encounters we have in an imperfect world with imperfect people.

 

Come on, take a deep breath, and let it go!

Whether it is meditation, prayer, quiet or solitude,

the blessing of stillness is awesome!

Real change can happen when we address the root of things we would like to be different.

Take God at His word and ask Him for wisdom and then courageously build with wisdom.

Have an abundance mindset by being aware of abundance all around. Consider it and give thanks for it. And then expect abundance to freely flow to you from everywhere.

 

Letting go frees up the space for the breath of freedom and life.

List the blessings of the past, the blessings right now, and even the blessings of the future.

 

Rehearse your blessings.
